It can be incredibly hard to see your progress when recovering from depression or burnout. The whole world keeps demanding certain benchmarks of you to the point that it’s easy to feel like a failure despite your hard work. Remember your progress is your own journey. Every win means something.

I started reading again after a long, long break (maybe 2013/14 or so?). A friend of mine joined an English book club and encouraged me to join. That was last month and I've already read 9 books. Kinda shocked as I thought I no longer had the patience for it but it's almost as if I never stopped.
