Is it possible that she doesn't know that most women and children who suffer sexual violence in the UK do so at the hands of white, British-born men - a great many of whom will be known to them before they are attacked?
What Badenoch so egregiously misses is that these 11 year old boys, whether “native” or migrant, turn into men who are capable of perpetrating violence against women and girls.
This is a desperately poor show from her, not unexpected in that it happened, but worse than usual.

In any other era the leader of the Conservatives saying 'only migrants commit sex crimes - mass deportations now' would have not just been career ending but would've sunk the whole party
