I used to be addicted to the bird app but ever since I came here I just notice how horrible Twitter makes me feel. I opened it on accident a few times out of habit and each time I was met with something hateful or mood-killing. I deleted my main acc a long time ago... Considering my priv now too ngl

Our bodies and brains work differently, and we need to give ourselves grace. I know it's hard to accept that, I struggle with it, too. ❤️
