Most optimistic read of this is that Mikie wants credit for it. Even then I expect the Dems to strip trans protections from it and make it abortion care only before passing it.

Gorsuch is interested, at least, in giving trans people suspect class status, but he's not gonna in this case and even if he was that would only bring the count up to 4 since Roberts is definitely NOT interested in that.

I pulled up next to one at 10:17am yesterday an snapped a photo. By 10:27 the agents I photographed were in front of my house, along with another vehicle that met them there. It's a 10 minute drive from where I took the photo to my house - so they got the data *instantly*
