The people running our province hire tricksters in an attempt to cover up their corruption. Are we done voting for anyone dressed in blue under a 'conservative'label yet?

It really bothers me that the UCP and their cohorts are the kind of people who will hire fixers to destroy Albertans' lives over MONEY

IMO, the Government of Alberta, under the UCP, are a criminal organization

The Epstein files on the DOJ website allow you to highlight the redacted text, copy it, and paste it into another document, which reveals what was hidden. You can also press Ctrl+F and search for “Trump ” (with a space) to see his name appear more than 600 times. #OpDeathEaters

Just got our electricity/gas bill for the last month ... where's the 'Alberta Advantage' I've heard so much about? Is it getting to line the pockets of energy producers, distributors, and retailers? I've lived in 3 provinces and this is the most my energy bills have ever been.

They're afraid. Remember this next provincial election, Alberta.
Danielle Smith has just increased the buy in on a citizen initiated referendum from $500 to $25,000 and massively clamped down on fundraising to do so.

I can't feel good about this Oilers win. Both goalies are wearing the opposition team's logo on their masks. The trade is too fresh. #oilers

If I hear one more Conservative whine about "the will of the voters". Their guy literally lost an election, lost his seat, then usurped the will of the voters in his new riding so he could manipulate the system to stay on in Parliament. Sit the #%#& down, I tire of the duplicity. #cdnpoli

So chicken farms have started spending millions of dollars putting in state of the art air filtration and circulation systems - because culling whole flocks to mitigate avian flu is expensive - but we have done zero to improve air quality in schools - because kids are expendable I guess.

This is not just an Albertan issue.

We all need to pay attention - and act.
Alberta’s move to two tier care will spread. Bill 11 affects your waits and your costs. Tell Ottawa to act now. Sign the petition and send a letter at: notwotier.ca/canadahealth...
URGENT: Stop Two Tier Care. Prime Minister Mark Carney Must Act Now.
We have to defend and promote Universal Public Healthcare before it's too late.

🚨 NEW: This week on ‘Whatever This Is’ we explain Danielle Smith’s Bill 11 healthcare smokescreen.

The policy hits you hard when you need surgery. You face tens of thousands or wait even longer.

PM Mark Carney can stop this before surgery becomes a product in Canada: MakeTheSave.ca #ableg #abpoli

I only support Netflix taking over HBO (WB et al) if they promise to bring back and finish Raised by Wolves and not to deviate from any George RR Martin text.

Oh, and fuck Larry Ellison's son.

Until we do away with the Notwithstanding Clause, there will be no way to stop the UCP from doing whatever the f they want. I'm only surprised they waited so long to start suspending the rights of those they don't see as supporters. Now that they've done it, what's there to stop them? #abpoli #ableg

In this supposedly democratic country, why can premiers run wild and become authoritarians with zero pushback or protection from the feds? She’s destroying the democracy guardrails and nobody seems able to stop her.

This is among the most democratically dangerous things Danielle Smith has said.

She wants to remove all checks and balances on her power and projects herself as the embodiment of "the people."

We have left the realm of liberal democracy in this province.
Smith doubled down on her anti court rhetoric today...

She even seemed to suggest that federally appointed judges couldn't render impartial rulings and that she believed her interpretation should always be above theirs.
