🧵In my expert opinion as a researcher of vehicle ramming attacks, what has been publicly described in the video evidence does not support the claim that Renee Nicole Good was attempting a deliberate ramming attack when she was shot in Minneapolis on January 7, 2026. 1/7

So when authorities say “she tried to run over an officer,” that is not a neutral description. It is a claim of intent that can be used to justify lethal force after the fact.

When the state kills first and invents the threat afterward, it is not policing, it is death squad behavior. /end

Charles "Checker" Tomkins was a Cree code-talker from Alberta, tasked with translating coded messages during the Second World War.
He kept his oath of secrecy until near the end of his life.
For his service, he received little recognition.
This is his story.

From “e pluribus unum“ to “dominant predator force” — a story of decadence delusion and demise
Ogles: "It's important that we have a stake in Greenland, that they are quite frankly a protectorate of the US. They've been in relationship with Denmark - that needs to end. We've spilled more blood protecting Greenland than the Danes... we are the dominant predator force in the Western Hemisphere"

basically the essay conflates leaders invoking civilizational-xenophobic language to gain domestic support (real) with civilizational dynamics as the explanatory variable (false). so huntington's racism survives but his analysis does not - fitting enough I guess

Everyone talks about crisis in Ukraine, the EU, Russia, China, Africa, the Middle East and the rest.

But at the heart of the destabilisation of the global order that links each of these challenges is a rapidly escalating America Crisis.

Someone who gets fooled this easily really, really wants to be fooled. And Putin is happy to oblige.
Putin plays him every single time. Embarrassing.
Trump: "Russia wants to see Ukraine succeed. It sounds a little strange but President Putin was very generous in his feeling toward Ukraine succeeding, including supplying energy, electricity and other things at very low prices."

I disagree. We need to recognize that in our system we elect individual representatives, not captives to a party cult. They should be free to decide how to represent their riding, and can be turfed at the next election if we don't like what they do.

Violating a trade agreement arbitrarily with foreign partners is not a domestic sovereign matter.
Bessent: "I've read that Ontario is spending up to $75 million on these advertisements and it's propaganda coming across our border to decry the tariffs. The premiere of Ontario seems to have come off the rails a little ... this is interference in US sovereign matters."
