It is a tax. Duties (I.e., tariffs) have always been called taxes. We know it’s a tax. He knows it’s a tax. Confessional members know it’s a tax. It’s a tax.

What frustrates me the most about the coming EO on shutting down the Department of Education is the idea that 1) the DOE's mission was never about achieving better results, 2) education has always been the authority of states. The EO is build upon a series of lies and misunderstandings.
