Perfectly fine seeing a PCP first so they can coordinate all my care.
That doesn't mean we have enough of them to handle the influx of we were to move to it today, but 100% coverage should still be the goal. And we should always be working towards it.

Having moved between the US and Canada multiple times, this is very true. At least in NY, MA and CA, your taxes are equal to or greater than in Ontario. And guess what?...no public healthcare, your meds cost several times as much, and understaffed crumbling public schools have active fighter drills
Look, this is A LOT. But, I feel I would be remiss if I didn't point out after living in the US that taxes are essentially the same. The difference is not that the US rate is half as high, it is that in the US you get nothing but a military/prison industrial complex in return.
