I met @caitlinrozakis.bsky.social today! I’ve been enjoying The Grimoire Grammar School Parent Teacher Association, a fun, charming read that encapsulates all the fun of a magical school (and magical society), but from a unique perspective. I also picked up a copy of her first novel, Dreadful!

New study finds that using ChatGPT to write essays led to reduced brain activity & memory compared to writing without tools or using a search engine. While ChatGPT made writing easier, it also caused cognitive offloading, weakening learning and engagement over time.

I think something that needs to be remembered is The Doctor is not a perfect hero, a flawless being. They never have been. It's one of the things that makes them interesting. Sometimes, they will let their emotions get the better of them and go too far. And the companions need to drag them back.
