At my last job, my boss INSISTED on using a fax machine to place orders. She used the internet sometimes but she VASTLY preferred faxes, which is how I was able to send this to the number at the end of those 90s-era Space Ghost Coast to Coast episodes

A "autographed" fax. Originally, a black and white printout of the character Space Ghost sitting at his late-night talk show host table. I wrote "Am I still faxing the Ghost Planet?" on it and signed it "Jen" along with the fax number of my old job. Someone on the other end received this fax, signed "Greetings, Jen! Yes you are! SG" and faxed it back

(It also helps that Tom is going to be the general contractor for all of it, he's been working in construction/carpentry his whole life - we hired a legit architect, though)

The reverse loft was my idea, the slide is my spouse's. I wouldn't have chosen it, but if we're gonna cut up our house in weird ways, Tom's heart's yearnings count too. My stipulation was that he find a "cool" one, not a plastic playground one. He did (custom stainless steel)
