You can do right and still have everything turn out wrong. I am not certain where we got the idea that was not so, given that the one we follow and call God did do everything right and ended up treated with gross injustice.

I believe that the voices of victims in our churches, those abused, violated, and crushed, are in fact the voice of our God to His people. Through them, God is turning on His light, exposing us, pointing out the cancer in our midst, and calling us to fidelity to Him and Him alone. Will we hear?
