They point fingers at immigrants and working families so we don’t look up and ask:

Why aren’t billionaires paying their fair share?
Why are our kids going hungry while CEOs fly private?
Why is public transit crumbling while Trump hands out tax breaks to his buddies?

We know exactly who’s to blame.

Americans have really got to unlearn the propagandist indoctrination that socialism is bad.

It means that everyone has what they need, resources are shared, and we care for the earth & those around us.

We've been taught to hate it so capitalists can keep exploiting us and working us to death.

US tech companies are remarkably sanguine about one of their biggest customer bases and sites of talent acquisition taking repeated economic hits, whatever they're saving on cutting worker salaries is probably not worth cratering the disposable income people spend on ads/gadgets/subscriptions.

Just a random reminder that trickle-down economics was invented by conservatives in the 1980s to justify massive tax cuts for the wealthy and corporations. It’s been nothing short of a disaster.

RFK Jr.’s lies about autism are disgraceful — and I won't share them to spread misinformation.

He consistently undermines public health and reinforces dangerous myths.

In Illinois, we stand with those with autism, and I’ll keep fighting for inclusion, science, and the truth.

And folks, I agree with y’all who are saying the Trump third term chatter is useful as a distraction from Signalgate, but it’s also serious in itself. Trump has been openly talking about this for a while. He’s serious. We have to pay attention to multiple things at once. It’s not going away.

The whole point of due process is TO SEE IF YOU’VE VIOLATED THE LAW
Indiana congresswoman says, “You violated the law, you don’t get due process.” These are the same lawmakers who oppose Red Flag Laws because they don’t provide armed domestic abusers with … due process.

I think some in the Senate have convinced themselves that the backlash to folding will be limited to “the left” and therefore ignorable.

Those people are deeply and profoundly misreading the moment and the stakes.

Virtually every swing district House Dem walked the plank to vote NO for a reason.

Musk claims Social Security is a "gigantic magnet to attract illegal immigrants."

In fact, immigrants here illegally do not collect Social Security. But they pay $25.7 billion a year into it, a recent study found, so these undocumented workers are actually subsidizing Americans.
