Here in the Midwest, data centers threaten to suck up fresh water from our Great Lakes. Just one of may examples includes a Microsoft plant now under construction near Racine, WI that is expected to use upwards of 8 MILLION gallons a day. A day! That is not okay.
Bernie Sanders: "We need to be thinking seriously about a moratorium on data centers. You gotta slow this process down. It's not good enough for the oligarchs to tell us 'you adapt.' Are they gonna guarantee healthcare to all people? What are they gonna do when there are no jobs? Make housing free?"

I mean you’ve really gotta wonder why the Trump DOJ was collecting travel information about a reporter who helped blow the lid off the Epstein coverup in Florida.

Or maybe we don’t have to wonder at all.

New, from me: The NYT reporter who specializes in profiles of beleaguered right-wingers on campus went to New College...and found out that things were going ok!

Trump won the election by 1 percentage point. And at least 1% of voters were single or "top issue" anti-trans in sports voters. That one issue decided a national election by a small minority.

This is why he keeps repeating "transgender for everyone". It put him in back in the White House.
Politicians introduced 96 bills targeting transgender student athletes in 2025.

That’s more than 9x the number of trans people playing college sports nationally.
