Donald Trump and Republicans gave billionaire corporations a giant tax handout to "incentivize" investments they ALREADY MADE.

As far as I'm aware, they don’t have a time machine.

It's just the latest excuse to throw money at billionaires while Americans struggle to get by.
Corporations to claim $16B from retroactive GOP tax break, federal report says
The Republican tax law's bonus depreciation provision is expected to cost $362.7 billion over the next ten years, with corporations claiming $16 billion in new tax breaks this year.

Very simple rule of thumb here… if Trump thinks you are rich, crooked and he can make you owe him a favor, you’re gonna get your pardon.
Trump said he is offering a "full and unconditional PARDON" to a Democratic Rep. and his wife who were indicted for bribery and money laundering

I keep trying to tell y'all: you can frustrate and delay these authoritarian kleptocrats by multiple means, and every single second of delay, every instant where they look ridiculous in public, is a space to wedge in a crowbar for more breathing space.

You work the problem from all sides.
I’m bringing this up because this is a simple procedural way to fuck with republicans even if they’re in the majority. Call them out of order, rise to a point of personal privilege, use the very procedural rules that organize their meetings to strangle them. It fucking works.

Striking a boat full of unarmed civilians is murder. The first strike was murder. The followup strike was also murder.

We're not at war. It's not a "war crime". Everyone involved, including the POTUS, SecDef, the Admiral who relayed it and the person who pressed the button needs to be on trial.

No surprise: handing the FBI to conspiratorial podcasters creates even darker outcomes. Dan Bongino's update today reads like a wishlist from the techbros who already got your personal data, now are inserting AI tools into the FBI. Reporters must ask: is the company here Peter Thiel's Palantir? 1/

Meanwhile Patel and Bongino are blithely handing over our most sensitive government functions to techbros who openly say they want to destroy democracy and build a surveillance state that they would rule. Palantir already has your personal data. Ask: are they now getting the FBI too? 3/

If you’re more upset about Democrats reminding members of the military NOT to commit war crimes than you are about Republicans using the military TO commit war crimes, then congratulations, because you are an idiot, an asshole, and you’re in a fucking cult.

I can't scream loudly enough that the people leading HHS right now are liars. RFK Jr. Marty Makary. Vinay Prasad. They are liars. And the lies they are telling are the lies eugenicists like themselves tell.
NEW: The F.D.A. announced in an internal memo that 10 children died "because of" the Covid shot. Other experts want to see proof.

“This is a profound revelation,” Dr. Prasad's memo said. “For the first time, the U.S. F.D.A. will acknowledge that Covid-19 vaccines have killed American children.”

It's way past time to upchuck Chuck
Even after a historically successful election and the largest protest in American history, Chuck Schumer’s caucus caved in the shutdown fight. Senate Democrats need bold new leadership to fight the Trump regime, and that starts by making Schumer step aside: indivisible2026.org/?utm_source=bluesky

It’s going to be hilarious if Tesla can’t crack 1.5M units.
I was just in China and this doesn’t surprise me one bit.

The EVs on the road there are outstanding and the prices are shockingly affordable. China let Tesla build and sell cars there, learned the playbook, then knocked them off and outperformed them in every way.
