Unless we have biggest polling failure in Canadian history, tonight is whether it's a Liberal majority or minority. Here is an indicator: if the Liberals are over 150 seats crossing into Manitoba it will be a majority; below 140 it will likely be a minority. In between, it comes down to BC.
