Look, people, let’s stop being so judgmental about folks who stay on Twitter/X. There are fewer Nazis here, sure, but if a woman gets murdered by an ICE agent and you want to see her corpse in a bathing suit, where are you on Bluesky? Out of luck, that’s where.

Wait, what?!? Interest capped at 10%? After that announcement, I'll completely forget about Renee Nicole Good, ICE, Venezuela, Greenland, piracy and murder on the high seas, healthcare, the cost of living, alliances, Putin and, I find course, Epstein. A well-played feint, President Pedoführer!

This is exactly what I told someone yesterday.

Even if I spot you the first shot (I shouldn’t, but let’s go with that), shots 2 and 3 were inexcusable and this officer will lose his case if it ever goes to court.

Our new Capitol Hill reporter has been absolutely everywhere this week working day and night. It has been really fun to have someone ask questions the entire team comes up for Members of Congress in real time. “Here comes Rep. X, what do you want me to ask him?”

/2 Trumpian America is like that. If other countries — or domestic organizations do business with the U.S., it should not be under a delusion that America will abide by a treaty or agreement or international law or even It’s own law. Trump America is “fuck you, we do what we want.”

DHS's first official statement is out, and they call the woman who was shot a domestic terrorist who they claim was trying to kill an ICE agent.

As a reminder, Tricia McLaughlin's post-shooting statements have been proven to be false MULTIPLE times in the past. They are simply not trustworthy.

I‘m getting this question a lot (can there be a defamation lawsuit over DHS people calling the murder victim a terrorist?) and the answer is fairly definitively no for the following reasons.

First, as a general rule you can’t defame the dead. No defamation actions on behalf of dead people here.
/1
Ken - on the civil suit side, the victim is a private citizen, not public figure, and DHS and Noem don't seem to care much about the truth in the statements they're making. After the criminal proceedings, would defamation be a possibility?

Dear Non-Cult Americans,

Are you tired of the daily drama, corruption, manic insanity, malignant narcissism, obnoxious and boorish behavior, and illegalities? We’ve been dealing with this for 10 years. The only hope we have is to vote as many of these bastards out as possible.

Five years ago today, Donald Trump urged his supporters to attack Congress and the Capitol over a proven lie. More than 140 police officers were injured.

Trump then pardoned the attackers.

He betrayed his oath and his country, and we won't ever forget it.

In a lawless administration, reminders to obey the law are rather unwelcome. So Mark Kelly must be punished for not fitting in by obeying the rules.
