No conception that voting is a collective power. Just an empty belief that a vote is a type of currency that one uses to purchase a politician.

The chain of thought that would eventually lead someone to conclude they should teach children how to read without focusing on the sounds that letters in a word make is genuinely fascinating to me. Just everything that would entail about how they view the world. Study these people’s brains in a lab.

You could sub out the word capitalism in most usages for the word badism -- a hypothetical ideology centered around bad things happening -- and the content of those critiques would not change at all.
