Footballers who pretend to be more hurt than they are should be forced to visit an 8 year old child who's dressed up as a doctor on the side of the pitch, and only be allowed to come back on when said child is bored of using their toy stethoscope and bandages on them.
As a kid I used to watch James Bond films and wonder why so many were prepared to risk their lives henchmanning for weirdo psychopathic up to no good megalomaniacs. But you look at all those who've made fanboying for Elon bleddy Musk 95% of their personality, and you understand.

It really is a cultural crime against humanity that there doesn't seem to be any place on the internet you can watch the Psychobitches "Mitford Sisters" bit.

Most people are probably bi, or put another way they have the capacity to be attracted to more people than they believe. Also maybe it's just a couple of people - that's still bisexuality. Bi doesn't mean 50/50.

The reason for that is vaccines. Without them, some of you reading this wouldn’t have made it to adulthood.
So why do people refuse them?

My hot take on the yesterday's events in America.
US politics seems like a fridge freezer being rocked back and forth until their democracy ends when it tips. Those currently pushing think it brilliant they're seemingly winning, without considering the possibility they're just adding momentum for the other side's next shove.

Important All Hallows' Eeen fact. Memorise, may come up at parties later.
Despite there being a popular misconception about it, the monster people call "Frankingstein" isn't really called "Frankingstein", it's called "Frankingstein's monster" because it was created by author Dave Frankingstein, who wrote a book about a monster of unknown origin.

I cannot overstate just how much I hate this. Politics as a game of "when we've worked out how to win, what policies will serve that" rather than "how do we improve peoples' lives". This is *exactly* why populists of left and right are on the rise.

Fed's Schmid: Inflation risks remain, economy still showing momentum
Kansas City Fed president Jeffrey Schmid said on Friday that he dissented against cutting interest rates this week out of concern that continued high inflation and signs of price pressures spreading in the economy could raise doubts about the central bank's commitment to its 2% inflation target.

What do those who say "AGI will only benefit billionaires" think being rich even means in a world of AGI? Money has no intrinsic value, it's just the ability to get people to do stuff for you. If no-one needs to do stuff for everyone to have more than enough of everything, what's money even worth?
