On X there’s been talk about Zaluzhnyi’s telegraph article ascribing Ukraine’s underfunding of the military in 2021 as a consequence of Zelensky seeking peace over war

But would not the electorate who voted for him have been aware of and supported such a policy? Limiting his options in late ‘21?

This is hard to prove but my impression is when thinking about large-scale combat operations, the U.S. Army, and particularly its armor branch, has suffered from a decades long weakening in understanding of combined arms employment/battle that has also leaked into the civilian side
