One of the purest joys in my life is taking photos for groups outside of the theater. Yes, I WILL gleefully take your phone and snap 12 straight photos of you with the marquee or poster. People excited about theater makes my heart grow three sizes, ALWAYS.

Yeah, here's the problem. The ones who list the tariff out as a line item or the more ethical smaller companies might roll back, but I put no trust in corporations in general, it's going to hurt no matter how this shakes out.
So the thing about “the tariffs will probably get walked back eventually” is that companies don’t generally reduce their prices after raising them. That’s why we’re still paying fucking 2020 prices for everything while corporations rake in record profits and shit.

It seems NaNoWriMo is shutting down. In case it's helpful to hear: It is entirely reasonable to grieve the loss of the thing the institution represented to you, even if the institution itself has been rotting for a long time.
