This is all excellent advice, to which I would add: organize fire safety training at your workplace that emphasizes the alternate methods of getting out of the building, and if you are the Designated White Person for greeting ICE, practice projecting your voice *real* far.
Ok so lots of people want to know how to help immigrants right now, which is great! Here is a brief thread about what I learned from @ufw.bsky.social folks while hanging out with them. They also hold training so if they're in your area, look em up and ask if you can attend!
