Back again cuz I heard an album that commanded my attention and demanded to be talked about! Chicago singer and producer keiyaA has dropped a phenomenal record in hooke's law, a vulnerable and forward-thinking work. "devotions" is arresting and has stayed on my mind, so I wrote about it. Read on.

I’ve been trying to find ways to articulate my hatred of AI-generated music that won’t come across as snobbish, but most of what I have to say about it can be boiled down to this:

We also need to talk about how homegrown & low-budget Canadian TV was. YTV's PJs (hosts) before and after shows. CTV and MuchMusic sharing the same studio on Queen Street. Speaker's Corner. It was unique!
