Ah one last check of the ol’ phone before bed. Lord knows I can’t sleep without reading at least 5 horrific stories about shit our country is doing.
Do other trans folks feel their relationship to their cousins increasingly alienated/ambiguous since transitioning? Like does my cousin from Texas hug me like I have brittle bones because he is a cis guy from Texas, or because I am now this weird thing he doesn’t understand?

It's truly remarkable how there will be news organizations and journalists who correctly identify that RFK is a menace and that HHS can't e trusted when he pushes stuff about vaccines or Tylenol causing autism... but cover the anti-trans stuff like "Well, HHS says so, and we should trust HHS!"
