The thing about Twitter versus Bluesky is that the right needs liberals on Twitter to make it feel worthwhile, whereas the left doesn’t need conservatives on Bluesky to make it feel worthwhile.

I cannot WAIT to see Lewis Black @thelewisblack.bsky.social tonight in Seattle! Last year we saw him in Bellingham. During the Q&A there was a (non-physical) kerfuffle between us and the loud drunk people next to us, which stopped the show. Hoping we'll have a more chill experience this year!

My friends and I keep talking about how the stuff you're going to end up doing to help, if you're serious about helping, is not going to look heroic or cool. 99.9% of the work is tiny and boring and all the main characters are gonna have to reckon with that.
