If you are a renter and your home has smoke/fire/etc damage from the LA fires and your landlord hasn’t addressed it you need to file a remediation complaint w/county by 12/31! The cool cats at the Altadena Tenants Union have more info and a template you can use, it’s super easy. (In Spanish also.)

They aren't afraid of Mamdani, they are worried about what he would unleash among VOTERS. That those voters would say: "actually, we're not buying this centrist bullshit you've been shoveling for decades, we want something else." That's what's being litigated in these Dem elites are worried essays.

Newsom and ambitious people like him want Americans to wait this out so that the power structure *as it currently exists* will be intact for them to grab when things “go back to normal.” Pushing back on power now would mean less power for them when it’s their turn. Real change is not their goal.
