This is, of course, awful and predictable, but wtf are Broadway shows doing still having a Twitter presence? There is literally no benefit to them.
So apparently Dylan Mulvaney got cast in a Broadway musical... which resulted in transphobes losing their minds and threatening to "Bud Light" the show... and now the show's Twitter page is locked down. Cool cool.

Who knows if/when this could actually happen but it would make MY life so much easier.

I cried three times reading this article.
“When I speak about making our city more affordable, my vision is not limited to the homes that we live in or the child care that we’re making universal — it’s also a vision where we make it possible for working people to afford lives of joy, of art, of rest, of expression.”

Book banning is bad but it is kind of hilarious picturing the looks on people's faces who only know the musical or the movie cracking open the novel.....

how to dress for the trump kennedy center now that the armrests are made from cold hard marble
December 27, 2025 at 2:40 AM
I’m sorry - marble fucking armrests? Yes, what theatre seating desperately needs is hard, painful elbow torture devices. Maybe there’s a reason they’ve never been done before you absolute pudding brained imbeciles.
I'm sure the 22 million people whose healthcare premiums will triple in six days are delighted by this news, you inhuman fuck.

lol
JUST IN: CBS’s Kennedy Center Honors just hit an all-time ratings low. Preliminary Nielsen data shows only ~2.65M viewers tuned in to the Trump-hosted show, down from 4.1M in 2024. A stunning 35% year-over-year collapse.

Um. I know we’re all talking about Karoline’s injection situation but if you zoom in here it looks like Susie may have made the same scheduling error.

Leavitt’s decision to be photographed in that…state may replace Josh Radnor’s weird outdoor winter wedding as my Roman Empire. So. Many. Questions.

Maybe don’t sit for a photo for a national magazine the same day as your lip filler injection.
Once had a conversation with a photographer who explained that a portrait wasn't supposed to offer dermatological documentation. He would gently blur photos (keeping the eyes and mouth crisp) to present people in the best light.

Just thinking of that as I look at this photo of Leavitt in VF.

I do have Liz Truss to thank for the vacation I took that fall when for the first time in my life the dollar, pound, and euro were equal.

(Hilariously I watched her terrible final interview while packing to leave Amsterdam and by the time I landed at JFK she had resigned. )
Where's the 'rizz, Liz?
