The more I think about it, the more remarkable it is that Amy Coney Barrett really wrote with a straight face in a Supreme Court opinion that trans people in America have been subjected to "relatively little" discrimination. Barely-disguised trolling.
It’s ok in certain circumstances to push legal actions you know will fail to show voters both the urgency of the situation and the need for reform of the system. But this Loomis guy doesn’t seem to be aware of mid-20th century civil rights litigation. Etc.

Impeaching him would be purely a symbolic gesture; there is zero chance that he would be removed from office through impeachment. There's a better chance he'd be removed via the 25th amendment, and there's still zero chance of that. Impeaching him would purely be political theatre.

NYT: Trump's appointees to the court of appeals vote for the Trump admin 92% of the time (113 for 12 against)-a much more lopsided split than judges appointed by other Republican Presidents (68% for 32% against) or Democratic Presidents (27% for 73% against).

Here's a crazy idea -- what if Democrats were unified as a party in telling the American public the truth, which is that immigrants are (1) more law abiding than natural born citizens (2) good for the economy and (3) just generally make the US better and more interesting
