Not being overly critical of Justice Jackson, but insofar as this is designed to give the 1st Circuit. time to make a decision, weren’t they in the better position to decide whether they needed that? (And indicated no stay was necessary?)

Query: if this results in the dismissal of the Comey action (which I understand was near the SOL), I wonder if the case can be reindicted under 18 usc 3288, avoiding the SOL issues.
1/ Thanks to Comey's lawyers, we have the appointment order for Lindsey Halligan in EDVa that the gov't has been trying to hide for weeks.
