People who think like this have no business in the business of war. It's not heroic to watch someone die alone and in pain. It's not honorable to watch someone cry to their God or their mother.

We have Laws about such things.

No institutional design can overcome a lawbreaking president, a Congress defending lawbreaking and forfeiting its own power, a Supreme Court that pretends legal text doesn’t count to facilitate lawbreaking, and a citizenry that votes for all that.
Need at least one that wants rule of law. Maybe two.

it's really important for people to talk about this outside their usual communities of like-minded. is this the world people want to inhabit, where the president dictates what we learn, when we laugh, how we live, who we love? think that overstates it? i don't.

It's crazy how we humans can somehow stomach atrocities if it is a slow drip drip of them. Reading over all that gruesome shit that happened the last 22 months is next level depressing.
What is the one atrocity Zionists have committed in the past 22 months that you think about the most?

This war in Gaza must end NOW.

Call your reps to demand they:
-- pressure the Trump admin to negotiate a sturdy ceasefire
-- work to ensure the urgent, safe delivery of aid to Palestinians
-- support resolutions blocking arms sales to Israel

I wrote about the intentional starvation of Gaza by Israel/US, and the moral imperative to say enough:
