My suggestion: be unique, argue for trans-inclusive policies, against the constitutionality of the changes, etc.

not that the reaction was perfect at the time but when russia invaded ukraine there was enough pressure that ovechkin had to make a statement calling for peace (albeit pretty weak). to suggest that asking us players to come out against annexing canada is inappropriate is insulting
