I find it very interesting that this article begins with IUB because the legal concept of academic freedom in the US is based on is a little-known court case called US v. 31 Photographs where the US govt went after the Kinsey Institute for importing erotic photos for research study. IUB & ACLU 🗃️

The longer Jefferson Griffin persists in his attempt to disenfranchise voters so he can deny Allison Riggs the seat she WON in 2024, the more I wonder if there's any possibility of four of the sitting justices actually putting the rule of law ahead of partisanship when this case reaches them. (1)
