Is this in response to orders from Russia's Putin? Certainly withdrawing from key groups - many of which were founded by the US in its own interest - weakens our ability to achieve our goals abroad. Exactly what Putin and other adversaries seek.

So in 2026, the USPS will no longer process mail as it comes in. It will process mail when they feel like it. So they can deliver a letter or a package a month later. The Convicted FElon is doing this to prevent mail-in voting without outlawing it. He doesn't want the Democrats to win the Midterms.

I’ve heard from immigration attorneys that clients say ICE guards lay out the WRAP device (essentially a full-body straitjacket) on the tarmac as a threat — “do what we say or you’re getting the WRAP on the whole flight.”
