So I referred myself to my local NHS talking therapy service 6 weeks ago because I got made redundant for the 3rd time in just over a year & that was the straw that broke the camel's back for my uncooperative brain...

Tonight I put some treats in 2 kitchen roll tubes & folded one end over & shoved a bit of kitchen roll in the other end for an enrichment game for the dogs & it really does show the difference between them...

There is a clear and direct line between “protect women’s sports” and the ongoing efforts to eradicate trans folks from existence entirely. If you thought it was “just about sports” so it was either contained/about fairness, or you didn’t care, now is the time to come to grips with being wrong.

In my 10+ years of being in a job where I have calls/meetings booked in I can honestly count on one hand the number I've missed without messaging to cancel or reschedule, & that's when really ill & I couldn't get to my emails. It's just fucking rude not to say anything.

Expecting a personal statement of at least 900 words addressing how you meet every single criteria on a person specification is not an inclusive hiring practice. It's ridiculously time-consuming & labour intensive, especially in this economy, & ableist as fuck.
