This is right by the Crows Nest wildlife area and is a beautiful little marsh ecosystem that’s already seeing wells & marshland dry up from the new AI data center. It’s going to be really hard to see this continue to happen in the years ahead. ☠️

Get the good PPE out, folks, seriously, especially if you have a uterus. Get gas masks with good filters, not paper masks or N95--those aren't nearly good enough to protect you. Get a full-face mask if you can. Make sure it fits well. They're relatively inexpensive--I'm serious, protect yourself.

People keep mentioning the proposal is to only raise taxes on the rich by 2%. It's true that this is tiny in the scheme of things but what the rich are fighting against is the IDEA that any taxes should ever be raised on them. So we're fighting "not the number" but the very idea of taxing the rich.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.
It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Diyaa. Diyaa is 28 and before this he was a taxi driver and was engaged to be married to Israa. He has lost his taxi (which was his only source of income) and home and is now struggling to just get basic goods without being killed.
