Reporters should be printing photos of this post to show to elected Republicans who pretend they haven’t seen Trump’s response to Rob Reiner’s death
This is both disgusting and expected.

Every single reporter there needs to hold the line on this too.

Don't throw him a lifeline with another question if he dodges. Have each other's backs and demand he answer the question.
Just to get ahead of this: Print the post out and bring it to the next Mike Johnson presser. You already know what his move will be. There’s no excuse to not be prepared for it.

A cast of Trump’s lesser-known political appointees and DOGE operatives cut programs in ways that guaranteed widespread harm and death in some of the world’s most desperate situations.

From our friends at @propublica.org:
Trump officials celebrated with cake after slashing aid. Then people died of cholera.
ProPublica uncovered that after USAID funding cuts, cases of cholera in South Sudan spiked.

We’re told this thing about @SenatorHagerty having his eye on leaving the senate to be the next TVA CEO ($10.5 MILLION per year) is true, and TN GOP donor Lee Beaman’s (stalled) appointment is to put Bill there to privatize TVA.

And @MarshaBlackburn is neck deep in the scheme.

The timing of this post and the reference to the murders being "due to the anger ... caused others through … TDS" suggests strongly that Trump believed that **one or more of his supporters** had committed the murders—and that they had committed the atrocity **justifiably**.

This gutting of peer review is very likely driven by Project 2025/OMB/Vought, very likely is about funding junk science, and very likely is coming for #NIH and biomedical research next.

I still remember the night they banned smoking inside NYC bars and restaurants. So many articles claiming it would be the end of NYC nightlife.

It was 2003.

Things can change. Faster than you might think.
I lived thru the end of public smoking. Early in my career I presented to city councils who were smoking, in front of audiences who were smoking.

Smoking in restaurants, airplanes, hospitals…

All of that seems insane now, but it was very controversial when we DID change it.

We CAN change things.
It’s crazy that people used to be able to just smoke cigarettes wherever they wanted
