There's a lot of stuff that leads to a U.S. takeover of Canada (either directly, or through a client state like Vichy); one of those things is a Canadian federal government that won't stand up for basic human decency.

If Solomon and Carney can’t handle this slam-dunk — if they can’t even bring themselves and their government to stop supporting and using a CSAM platform — there is absolutely no reason to think they will do any better on literally any other file that affects US interests.

And while I expect doctors to understand disease transmission and the actions they can take to prevent it, they don’t. So this is also a standards issue, the regulatory organizations and governments could and should set standards for air quality for medical offices and monitor compliance.
