Married cat mom of a collegian. Climate concerned. Really want to see a woman in the White House.

BREAKING: In a unanimous decision, a federal court of appeals has ruled that Louisiana's law requiring the Ten Commandments to be displayed in all public school classrooms is unconstitutional.

We’ll keep saying it: Public schools are not Sunday schools.

Granted humanitarian permission to enter the U.S. from Mexico in 2023, the 4-year-old child is receiving treatment for a rare bowel condition.

But last month, the family received a notice telling them to leave the country.

🚨 This bill gets more egregious by the minute. Rules just dropped an amended “Big Beautiful Bill” that includes a provision to pressure health exchange plans to drop abortion services except in the case of rape or the life of the mother, even if federal funds are not used to cover the services.

Last night was the 250th anniversary of Paul Revere's midnight ride to warn the Minutemen of approaching British troops.

I want to take a moment to share an excerpt from the Declaration of Independence's grievances against King George III.

Remind you of anyone?

We won't lie. This week has been pretty awful. But we're still here running a temperature check on our country’s democratic institutions.

77 million people voted for deregulation (Trump). Did they know they were also voting for pollution, cancer, and climate chaos loved ones and future generations? We can now be poisoned on purpose—without a check.

Unless I'm misunderstanding Trump's post, we still have 10 percent across the board tariffs and are in the midst of a trade war with China.

That's not a good scenario for the US economy. Why is everyone acting like Trump just turned into Adam Smith?

A reminder that if the government can send migrants to a prison camp without any due process, it can send U.S. citizens there, too. I know because this happened to me and my family in 1942.

…’there is going to be a red rural recession’….and Canadian response will have a more significant impact than many could have expected. 🇨🇦
I think there is going to be a Red Rural Recession and soon if all the cuts continue as is

All the firings, cancelling of grants and contracts with companies , the closing of offices, disproportionately impact small towns, cities and states.

Their finances will be turned upside
