It cannot be overstated just how important she was to computer gaming as a whole. But of all her achievements, I believe 3DO Doom is a technical miracle entirely from the fact that she got something Functional in only ten weeks, in the worst development context imaginable.

So I think I’ve kind of hit this amazing point in the past couple weeks where woman has stopped being this aspirational thing and is instead just my reality. I already hadn’t been misgendered in more than 6 months but now I just feel it with every ounce of my being - even when dysphoria hits.

I remember in 2023 when I was preparing to transition wrestling with how could I just all of a sudden realize I have gender dysphoria. Flash forward two years later and with so much more knowledge and I understand I’ve been wrestling with it my whole life.
the reason you don't need dysphoria to be trans is because dysphoria can be impossible to realize without first accepting your own transness
