My friend recently compared what’s happening in Minnesota to Selma. I do not think that comparison is overblown.

Johnson culled the Tory Party of all but its grimmest dregs & now the grimmest of the grimmest dregs are defecting to Reform. It would be funny if it didn't alllow them, along with Farage, to pretend that they're not responsible for the state of the nation.

"In the run up to the '24 election, all the people around Trump demanded full disclosure of the Epstein files."

"Now they've seen what’s in the files, they're not so keen."

The deadline to release the Epstein files passed a month ago - so where are they?

Meanwhile the person responsible for this just scored a $1 TRILLION pay package. The world is broken.
One analytical model shows that, as of November 5th, the dismantling of U.S.A.I.D. has already caused the deaths of 600,000 people, two-thirds of them children. https://newyorkermag.visitlink.me/jUzNSc

Thread. Shouldn’t need saying but apparently it does.
I hear there’s an argument going on in the UK right now about whether or not Donald Trump incited the crowds to violence around January 6th. Apparently the BBC in a documentary showed edits of his speech that misrepresented what he said.

Seriously. A one-hour Party Political Broadcast. Followed at the top of the next hour with top story billing and a highlights package.

Exactly how will this be "balanced" across their coverage?

Where is Ofcom? Where is Nandy?
For 56 minutes Sky News and BBC News interrupted everything else and carried a Reform UK feed live, uninterrupted, unchallenged. The stream spluttered, froze, pixelated - dozens of times - still they stuck with it. FOR ONE HOUR.

This is an editorial choice. No other party gets this coverage. ~AA
