Ok but seriously ring lights are magic. I set one up at my work space. I do a ton of video calls and my old wrinkly face is exaggerated by the overhead lighting. Holy shit with the ring light it's like I deaged a decade. WITCHCRAFT.

Standing in the elevator at Daley center today, a woman looks up at me. "You're so tall! I wish I were tall, I bet you played basketball. My daughter plays. But she's not as tall as you." Another woman at the court record terminals was like "hey how tall are you, SAME! Nice." So… I am Tall today..

Just had a thought. Completely at random might be crazy. Is it possible-Like theoretically- that the reason I have so many knee and foot and ankle problems is because I do daily 1-2 hour walks on cement sidewalks in hard soled men's dress boots?
