Tonight I joined volunteers of Open Kitchen to say a big thank you to them for 2,000 consecutive days of providing food for those most in need in south Manchester.

I also presented a Certificate of Appreciation from the House of Commons.

I’m pleased that sites in Enfield and Greenwich have been put forward as part of the government’s New Towns program.

Local authorities should be onto all this, with their towns and cities.....doing similar. The time to work much harder to revive these areas is NOW.

I agree with you @sarahowen.org.uk My opinion is that both candidates are great. I'm proud of them. The government get a lot right. You can't fix in a few months what went wrong the previous fourteen years. Some adjustments are required though, and the opportunity to support them now can be taken.

Exactly @danaldridgemp.bsky.social I also support @lucympowell.bsky.social In truth I'm proud of both candidates. Unity afterwards, working together with a sense of realism....fourteen years of previous mismanagement to unravel. This will take time to be reversed.
