I just saw the cutest thing. A hummingbird sat down on a branch right next to a bright red cardinal. A wren who wanted to be involved tried to sit down too, but he was too heavy and the branch kept bending.
A goldfinch who didn’t care sat on the next tree down, & was scolded by an angry chickadee.

My friend K. sent me a tea that acts like the equivalent of taking an aspirin, to help me manage my pain when it’s low.
I remember thinking how bitter it was, the first time I tried it. Right now, I’m actually quite grateful to get to taste the flavors of the Earth.

The lady who scheduled me kept my name and number in a little notebook next to her computer. She found a spot for me this week! She helped me sidestep 11 months of waiting!
