I have the answer to how tRump can pay the military and air traffic controllers. Don't pay the Congress. They're all so rich they wouldn't miss it. And stop their health insurance also.

It really takes a lot for me to say this, but the Graham tweet is genuinely a pretty offensive thing to say.
