I love videogames, manga, music and art!

I struggle with many things but I try my best!
Wanted to re-read the Dragon Ball tournament arc where tien is introduced

... Somehow I'm at the cell saga now.

QUICK PSA:

If you want a "Discover" Feed that ACTUALLY WORKS.

This "For You" Feed is GREAT. It finds others who liked the same posts as you and filters in more posts they've also liked. I've tried it and so far so good!

Pin it in place of "Discover" and try it! 💫

Sucks to see artists get even more screwed over by Elon and twitter

I wish people could just keep doing what works for them instead of being literally forced off the platform by bad decisions

Hope they find success elsewhere, whether on here or wherever they can

Everyone's dropping tips for people making the switch to Bsky but I'll drop a tip that applies to artists moving to any new platform:
Don't be embarrassed about your older art, and treat them like a backlog! You don't have to start completely fresh by only posting newer art.

heads up that bluesky doesnt show posts from other languages by default on your timeline, and its cutting you off from a lot of the community

go to bsky.app/settings/lan... and deselect any language from this setting, or else you might not see any of the new japanese users at all!

It's long past time to leave the Nazi bar, and you'll have a much better time here. I updated this guide due to the influx of users fleeing Grok's new AI bullshit. Share widely for all the newcomers!

Also managed to get all Peak achievements this year!

Not the most challenging but very fun to coordinate with friends
December 25, 2025 at 8:21 AM
I actually agree

Peak plays really well, solo or with friends, a game jam game made in...a month? Being that fun and getting that much support post launch is insane.

I think it just comes down to "friendslop" being fun to say like "metroidvania"

And I haven't heard an alternative term 🤔
Calling Steam games like Peak and REPO friendslop "devalues" the skill of the developer, industry investor says, so "let's collectively kill" the term before it's too late
"'Slop' to me means that something is sloppy, not well done and a bit junky""

Slay the Spire is like 3 bucks if you've somehow dodged it for so long

Very good and has workshop support for new classes and a free fan made expansion where you play as the bad guys

Absolute steal at that price

Speaking of early access, the full version of Cultic rolled out recently. Part 1 launched in 2022, and part 2 this September

It was worth the 3 year wait. Not just one of the best 'retro' FPS games, but single-player shooters in general. Smart, scary, tough, funny. And it just got a free Xmas level

If you like Super Mario Brothers 3 you should definitely check out Kitsune Tails. It's the only non-ROM hack completely original spiritual successor to SMB3 specifically that I can think of, and it's a very good one at that.

Play the lesbian fox platformer with kuribo shoes
all four of our games are on winter sale on steam store.steampowered.com/bundle/15673/Kitsune_Games_Complete_Pack/ and itch eniko.itch.io

kitsune tails: the premier gay fox girl jumping game, 33% off on steam for the first time

midboss: turnbased body snatching roguelike, 67% off and only $5

Been reading Dandadan, I feel most people know about that thanks to the anime, it's good!

Also read a bit of Witch Hat Atelier, very beautiful story about kids learning magic and growing as people, very curious to see where it goes

Free Cultic christmas level? Heck yeah

25% off for Steam Winter sale if you haven't picked it up yet

For some reason Sifu, Hardspace: Shipbreaker and Metal Hellsinger are connected in my head.

Guess it's the mid range price, with good graphics and unique gameplay

Random thought of the the day I suppose

Good games, very different from each other but worth trying!

Guess I'll link em all just cuz

Also swapped over to Waterfox after the Firefox AI plan announcement

No real complaints so far, seems about the same, profiles seem a bit nicer ui wise?

Maybe the AI bubble will burst and Firefox will reverse course but, god, why would I want AI in my browser, how does it benefit me
December 17, 2025 at 2:35 PM
Absolutely agree, great game.

I feel it got buried by Skyrim like so many games did. People looked at this as a Skyrim "killer/clone" and dismissed it iirc.

Not that it plays the same at all, probably just bad timing/marketing

Almost Steam winter sale if anyone is looking to pick it up!
So it turns out this game rules. Idk why I hadn't heard of it before.

I guess people consider it kind of derivative but I don't know of anything else that fills the weird niche of "Oblivion if it were also Fable and God of War"

Detroit: Become Human is really cheap rn

Probably the best Quantic Dream game, not sure if that's a high bar but I had fun with it

I like that they leaned into replays instead of shy away from them by giving you a scene guide to see the different paths

Did this with God of War recently

Wanted to revisit it to wander in snowy areas with the BOY

I had already beaten it on normal so I thought "eh, why not hard mode" and I slowly started being miserable, so I dropped it to easy to just focus on the story and characters and take pretty pictures
Normalize playing video games on any difficulty you choose because you just want to have fun in the way that works best for you.✌️
