Really interesting. My daughter went on a HS trip w a teacher from her school. He was a student organizer before the Pinochet coup. Uruguayan not Colombian.

It favors Russia, proposes freezing front lines, blocks NATO membership, and hands control of Ukraine’s recovery and resources to the US. Only Ukraine’s commitments would be binding, enforced by a Trump-led “Peace Council.”
