As someone who skated with people who trained for the Olympics, it crushes me to say this about the 2026 Winter Games, but the US should not be allowed to participate after Venezuela. I despise that for the athletes because I know what they've put into it.

I was a senior in high school when the Station Nightclub fire happened and that video has always haunted me & it’s infuriating that this keeps happening since the sparklers ignite something in the room. I hope the victims rest in peace
