Here's a good piece to read on a Monday morning (gift link) about ideal wakeup times. I'm hardwired to rise and shine around 5 no matter what (including weekends), but I have always been a bit of an odd duck--or rooster.
What Time Should You Wake Up? Probably Not 5 a.m.

An arsonist hit a Mississippi synagogue Saturday. Seven Torahs were damaged or destroyed in the fire.

One Torah, from the Holocaust, was in a glass case and wasn't touched.

"Our brains go through 4 turning points as we age, changing the way we learn, plan & remember.

The range and efficiency of those connections change around ages 9, 32, 66, and 83."
