Denying infants a safe and effective Hepatitis B vaccine at birth in Guinea-Bissau, where ~19% of adults are currently infected with Hepatitis B, is akin to the Tuskegee Syphilis Study where black men with syphilis were deliberately left untreated to study the natural progression of disease.

There were 13 elections last night for a statewide office.
Democrats swept all 13.
That’s 1 in NJ. 3 in VA. 2 in GA. And 7 in PA (all judges, retention and regular).
They won 12 of the 13 races by double-digits, with margins up to 24%. The only other race, the tightest, they won by 6%.
