Republican Rep. Kiggans just voted to pass Trump's budget bill.

22,211 of her constituents will now lose access to their health care and 24,280 households in her district could now lose access to SNAP. 2,005 energy jobs are now at risk, and at least 1 hospital is now at risk.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

The judge ordered ICE to tell everyone involved they may face criminal contempt.

Unironically they should buy up the domains for about 60 defunct local newspapers in swing states. Hire two reporters to write almost exclusively about highschool sports and new restaurants opening with every 10th article about how the local GOP is screwing over people.

It's like living with a violent abuser.

Every day, you're just waiting for it. What's going to set him off? Who's he going to lash out at? What abuse is he going to scream at us today? What's he going to break, because every day he breaks something else.

I don't even have to say his name.

We’ll be back next week with another edition of 60 Minutes.

But we're such a small part of the population.

Asymmetric information environments are one of the biggest challenges of our time.

Thanks to Trump’s tariffs, American exports are falling off a cliff.

In March 2025, loaded exports through the Port of Los Angeles dropped 15.02%, while empty containers surged 23.15%.

A clear sign that ships are heading back to Asia without US goods.

That’s brutal for American exporters.
