Correction: worst part is when the robot hangs up on you after 20 mins of waiting because there's no human to talk to.
Worst part about waiting in a phone hotline is when the music stops for a short break before some voice recording kicks in. Every minute or so I get excited for a brief moment, thinking I'm about to talk to a human but nope, pranked again!

The LACK stat in Psycho Patrol R is cool because it increases the chance of a random enemy spawning on top of you but also decreases the cost of leveling your character. It also makes enemies carry more money so if your LACK is 99 five guys with full wallets will run at you when you enter any map.
